Property owners and agents are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, availability, and condition of their listings. Roolis reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that violate platform guidelines.

4. Rentals, Short Stays & Sales

• Rental and short-let agreements are strictly between the property owner and the user.
• Property sale listings are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal offers by Roolis.
• Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence before making payments or signing agreements.

5. Payments & Fees

Roolis may charge service fees, listing fees, or transaction fees where applicable. All fees will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation
• Unauthorized payments outside the platform (where restricted)
• Abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct

7. Limitation of Liability

Roolis shall not be liable for disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising between users, property owners, agents, or third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

Roolis may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Roolis operates.
